Rogue Cut Trailer Sneak Peek For Days of Future Past

Rogue

Rogue is one of the great absentees in X-Men: Days of Future Past. You all know the story: Anna Paquin shot the scenes, but Singer eventually decided to cut them out.

As Singer himself confessed, they had to ax "more than 17 minutes" from the cinema version in order to make a Rogue-free X-Men flick. Which must have been somewhat challenging given she was so central to the plot and that her scenes were so intertwined with the rest of the movie.

Back in May Singer announced the uncut Rogue version would be released July 14th on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital HD.

So, in less than one month you'll be able to see Days of Future Past like you've never seen it before: with Rogue actually taking part to the action.

Hit 2 below to get a first look at Rogue in action, before the actual DVD release.

Rogue: the name, the face! Live-action!

In truth, it's really not that much action, but we do hear Wolverine saying her name as if he'd just discovered the key to his all back to the past venture.

Then there comes her face. But it does qualify for a clear first look at Rogue. Check it out below.

However, this sneak peek is really not that revealing, is it? Not in respect to Rogue's part in Days of Future Past. It is, however, a peek at the trailer. That is, a preview to a preview of sorts.

Hopefully, Rogue will play the essential part they all say she does. Otherwise, what's the point with all this buzz about this whole uncut version?

How do you feel about this, guys? Will you buy the DVD to see the untrimmed version? Have your say below via comments! And don't forget: stay tuned, we'll bring you the hottest scoop on all things X-Men!
