Fans Roast Marvel After Thor: Love and Thunder Oscar Campaign

Fans Are Roasting Marvel for Thor: Love and Thunder after they submitted an Oscar Campaign for Best Picture and some other major awards. This was mostly because fans were shocked to know that Marvel considers Thor: Love and Thunder to be their Best Picture at the Oscars. This was totally unbelievable.

Some tweets were seen by fans calling it a “joke” for Marvel to actually consider Thor: Love and Thunder to be one of their best pictures nominated at Oscar. The nomination for Best VFX Academy Award was given to Thor which received a lot of criticism. One of the reasons why this happened is because Thor as a movie had poor visual effects. Fans were seen poking fun at one scene in particular, in which Axl telepathically communicates with Thor and is shown as a glowing, floating head.

Ever since its release, it had gained immense criticism for low-grade visuals so Marvel literally decided to alter that scene in particular for the movie’s Disney+ release. But the worst happened when fans disliked the revised version even more. Fans believe it to be a weaker MCU film and a significant step down from its predecessor, 2017’s Thor: Ragnarok. Along with Thor: Love and Thunder, Disney also submitted other major awards like Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best VFX.
