During a promotion tour for Black or White, Anthony Mackie (who played Falcon in Captain America: The Winter Soldier) also talked a bit about the next Captain America Film, which is titled (as everybody knows) Civil War.
And while talking about the sequel, Anthony Mackie compared the upcoming sequel with an Avengers movie - not because of all the action, but because of all the superheroes which will be involved.

Until now, we know for sure that Captain America: Civil War will include Captain America, Iron Man, Falcon, Black Widow, Winter Soldier and the newcomer Black Panther. And the Falcon actor may be right after all. The Civil War will have as many superheroes as the first Avengers movie, if not more than that. The most recent rumors say that Hawkeye will also be involved in some way - producer Kevin Feige said that he has big plans for both Black Widow and Hawkeye, even if they won't get any solo films.
Furthermore, Age of Ultron will also introduce two more superheroes, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch - and it isn't too hard to believe that these two won't agree with Tony Stark's Superhuman Registration Act"¦
