Captain America: Civil War photos and video

One of the above pictures reads “Institute for Infectious Diseases”. What that means for the movie, it’s unclear now. Perhaps it has something to do with a particular villain unleashing a sort of threatening virus. Perhaps it’s a S.H.I.E.L.D. or Hydra facility. What’s certain is the building is located in an exotic place, with all that palm trees dotting the place.
