Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman is set to make her debut in the DC Cinematic Universe with Zack Snyder's Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. Even though we've seen stills and concept arts of the Amazonian Princess, she was missing in the first official trailer launched months back. So, her importance in the movie is something we are not sure of "“ is it a cameo kind of an appearance or a full-fledged one?
However, we can pretty much assume that Wonder Woman is the third most important superhero in Batman V Superman, ahead of Aquaman and The Flash. But from what Zack Snyder revealed to Entertainment Weekly in a recent interview, she seems to have vital significance in the movie. According to the director:
"She plays a super-important part."
That's not all! Snyder claims that the significance of Wonder Woman is extensive in the development of the DC Cinematic Universe. He added:
