First of all, if you look at DC’s slate until 2020, all titles reference heroes that one way or another are related to the league. But Black Adam is not.

He is, however, Captain Marvel’s arch-enemy. And Captain Marvel (also known as Shazam) is part of the extended league. If Snyder wanted it, he could find a way to work out Black Adam in The Justice League Part One.

But will he? I surely hope so, because Dwayne Johnson is not one actor to grab for a hit and run job, and then let go. He’s an asset to DC, so they’d better offer him more prominence on screen.
