Justice League's release date is a couple of days from now, but it’s becoming obvious that Warner Bros. is finding it difficult to keep the film’s twists and turns under wraps. The studio has avoided exposing major plot points in the clips and trailers, but some leaked footage has already popped up on the web.
And that footage contains one of the biggest spoilers ever! Want to know more? Check it out below!
Some time ago, there were reports that Lex Luthor had been completely cut from film, which actually made sense after Warner Bros opted to abbreviate the film’s runtime. Lex Luthor had his chance in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and there was really no place for him in a conflict between the newly formed League and Steppenwolf.
Going back even further to when Ben Affleck was still set to write and direct The Batman, it was announced that Joe Manganiello would play Deathstroke in that movie, and that the character would be the movie’s main antagonist. However, since Affleck’s departure as writer and director, Manganiello hasn’t been certain about what will happen next in regard to Deathstroke.
But now we can say that both Lex Luthor and Deathstroke will appear in Justice League! Although the studio quickly deleted it (via CBM), someone leaked one of the credits scenes online, and it features both characters! The scene opens with the reveal that there was a decoy in Arkham, but it wasn’t Lex. Then it cuts to a yacht, where Deathstroke and Luthor discuss the future and the need for a new tactic.
Obviously, this is a tease of what the future might hold if Justice League proves to be a success and the studio greenlights a sequel. But check Joe Manganiello’s tweet from October:

Yes, that’s a Legion of Doom T-shirt, complete with the Justice League font. What do you make of this?
