Zod – Doomsday?

Quite a while ago, a rumor appeared saying that Doomsday will be the supervillain to unite the Justice League at the end of Batman v Superman. And this rumor appears to be true now, after seeing the Batman v Superman trailer.

According to it, Lex Luthor take into possession the corpse o Zod and start experimenting with it. Things go awry, of course, and a gene awakens in the dead body – a gene called the Doomsday gene. Go figure…

Sure enough, it is a bit too early to see Doomsday fighting in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. But what would be awesome is to have Doomsday in the last few minutes, searching for Superman (as in, I will find him, I will find him!), and demonstrating his awesome power. Cue the Justice League!
