Aquaman and The Flash are confirmed for Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, and that's about all that we've known so far about these two superheroes, cofounders of DC's iconic league, and their connection to Snyder's venture.
The obvious question is: how will Aquaman and The Flash be slotted in the movie? What will they do? How will they impact the plot?
The latest news about their involvement in the movie comes from Heroic Hollywood. Well, partly. It's news all right in regard to Aquaman's part in BVS. As to The Flash, scoopers confined to reviving a rumor started about a year ago by The Daily Superhero.
Consider yourself warned: spoilers ahead! That is, if these rumors stick! But considering they're broadcasted by the said sources, there a good chance they'll turn out to be true.
Aquaman and The Flash: just cameos?
I could have expected that for The Flash, given Ezra Miller is one of the newest additions to the cast and that nothing much was heard about his role. Not even one piece of concept art, no detail officially released. But Aquaman?
Jason Momoa has been particularly vocal about him being locked in for Aquaman. All that badass King of the Seven Seas talk, the official Unite the Seven poster, and his giving voice to his personal feelings about being part of Snyder's venture - all these could make one think Aquaman will be a full-blown character in BVS.
But will he? While I'd personally love more screen time for DC's Marine Marvel, now we have to consider he'll only confine to a cameo.

Just some footage"¦
According to The Daily Superhero and Heroic Hollywood respectively, "Ezra Miller’s The Flash is a blur that stops a robbery ["¦] Jason Momoa’s Aquaman is held prisoner in a containment chamber where we see his hand slap against the glass."
It does sound a bit underwhelming, right? But as underwhelming goes, there's more: apparently, the scenes won't be real-life: they're just some footage Batman gets to see when he breaks in Lexcorp.
"In the movie, there is a scene where Batman breaks deep into Lexcorp/Cadmus and manages to hack into the Lexcorp computers. Batman brings up surveillance footage on the monitors which shows the following". That is, exactly what we've quoted above.
My best guess Aquaman and The Flash's cameos won't be "decorative", so to speak. There's a chance some connections will be established with Suicide Squad, but also with Snyder's Man of Steel.
