Exactly one year ago, Amy Adams - the Lois Lane of DC Extended Universe - said that Ben Affleck as Batman is going to be his "˜own unique thing'. The actress revealed back then that she has just one scene with the Caped Crusader in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. But now, she has revealed to Empire Magazine (via Comic Book Movie) that Lois Lane has a scene with Batman which is "˜a big moment' in the movie!
Amy went on to add that the scene required a lot of "˜wirework and special effects work'! Doesn't it sound like a scene featuring Lois Lane and the Dark Knight in his mech suit? What else type of scene would need plenty of wirework and special effects work?
We have seen Amy's character and Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor together in the third Batman V Superman trailer but we haven't seen her with Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman. So, does Lois Lane share screen with the Amazonian Warrior Princess in the movie? Here's how Amy responded:
"I am too busy sleuthing, but she definitely brings another dynamic."
Sounds like a "˜no', doesn't it?
Lois Lane and Clark Kent – NOT A NORMAL Relationship!
In the interview, Amy Adams also talked about the relationship between her character and Henry Cavill's Clark Kent, aka Superman. She stated:
"She may have some tunnel vision, but she’s got a job, moral standards. [When] we met her before she would do anything to get the story – now Clark has instilled some faith in humanity in her."
She went on to add:
"Her relationship with Clark is the closes thing she has to anything faith-based, you know?"
However, not everything is positive about the relationship! She added:
"Although moving in with Clark brings issues."
Amy explained:
"It’s not a normal relationship. How could it be? One of them is an alien."
Well, a relationship can hardly be a NORMAL one if one of the partners is an alien! And complications in the relationship between Lois Lane and Superman aren't new to us. That's what we've witnessed a number of times in the comic books as well as in screen adaptations.
