According to a report by "˜ComicBook', the midseason premiere episode of Gotham, Rogues' Gallery, contains a massive Easter Egg and that's all about The Joker! Let's recollect the scenes in your mind, you get to know Nurse Dorothy Duncan to be an inmate rather than a staff at Arkham Asylum when she sets free all the inmates by unlocking their cells. Then you see them trampling over the rescuer herself and ultimately a dead Duncan is focused on camera.
