The Flash: Liam McIntyre As Weather Wizard

The Flash is set to return back on the CW with the midseason premiere episode "˜Revenge of the Rogues' on 20 January, 2015. We already know a number of startling facts about the second half of the People's Choice Award winning series for Best New Drama.

Mark Hamill returns as The Trickster, Prison Break duo back as Captain Cold and Heat Wave, Time Travel to arrive, all such confirmed facts have taken the anticipation to an extremely elevated echelon. There's also the unsolved Reverse-Flash mystery from the first half that fans will be looking forward for a solution to in the second half of the season.

Now, we get another confirmation via "˜ComicBook.com' that there's another classic DC supervillain waiting for an encounter with the superspeedy superhero in the CW series. Who's that baddie? And who's playing that role? Let's check in details!

The Flash Casts Liam McIntyre As Weather Wizard!

A couple of days back, the Australian actor Liam McIntyre was spotted in the sets of The Flash. That remained a mystery for a twenty four hours or so and finally it has been revealed that Liam is the new cast member in the CW series and he will be playing one of the arch-nemesis of The Flash, Mark Mardon aka Weather Wizard.

Liam McIntyre is best known as his title role cast of the television ventures Spartacus: Vengeance and Spartacus: War of the Damned. The thirty two year old actor also appeared as Sotiris in the 2014 Summit venture The Legend of Hercules. Liam is the fifth Spartacus cast to have been added to any of the two CE series, Arrow and The Flash.

Weather Wizard: All We Know Him In The Flash!

The DC comic supervillain who's amazing powers of manipulating weather and using it in his advantage will appear in The Flash for two consecutive episodes, fifteenth and sixteenth ones. We don't have the title for the fifteenth episode yet, but we do know that the sixteenth one is titled "˜Rogue Time'.

According to the official description of the character, Mark Mardon will come back to Central City to find out the one who killed his brother Clyde Mardon, Joe West. Mark will be using his powers to run riot in the city in the process of finding the detective.
