First Reactions to Justice League Screening!

Although this is the first screening of DC's Justice League, the movie’s problem-plagued production has somewhat diminished the hype surrounding the release. Combine this with poor audience and critical reaction to other DC Extended Universe films, and it’s not surprising that fan are more excited about Thor: Ragnarok.

It’s likely that Zack Snyder's vision for Justice League has been altered since Joss Whedon took over, so the studio decided to test-screen Justice League prior to its November release date. Obviously, those who attended the screening had to sign their lives away to promise not to discuss any details about the movie. Nevertheless, a few reactions popped up online.

Justice League (Warner Bros.)

One viewer allowed that Justice League was just fine. And this fine was quite troublesome, since it might signal that there were indeed problems with Zack Snyder's film from the get-go and that Joss Whedon didn't have sufficient time to deliver.

Other viewers had good things to say. Batman News noted that Justice League was epic and that people who disliked Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad enjoyed it.

Other commenters described the film as wow.

We can't be certain about the accuracy of these comments, but it appears that Warner Bros. might be moving in the right direction. Even that fine comment could signal that Justice League isn't the complete mess that Suicide Squad was.
