Perhaps set photos are going to spill the beans on Marvel's The Punisher, even while Marvel and Netflix are trying to keep things under wraps! We recently came across a bunch of photos that revealed that the series has already kicked off its production. And now, we have more photos from its Brooklyn set that confirm the arrival of a significant character from Marvel's Daredevil, Deborah Ann Woll's Karen Page.
The actress has been spotted with Jon Bernthal, who plays Frank Castle, aka The Punisher. They were found sitting at a waterfront filming scenes for the upcoming Marvel-Netflix venture.
Does it make sense? Of course it does! In the second season of Daredevil, we saw a close-but-unconventional bond between Woll’s and Bernthal's characters. And in the season finale episode, we saw her joining the New York Bulletin - where Ben Urich used to work – as a journalist.
So, Karen's serving as some kind of sidekick to Frank in The Punisher series would be quite understandable. And we would definitely love to see the two reconnect, wouldn't we?

How would Luke Cage react to The Punisher if they ever crossed paths in the Netflix portion of the Marvel Cinematic Universe? During a recent Facebook Live Q&A on the official Luke Cage page, Mike Colter is asked such a question. His response:
No, I'm not gonna stop him. I don't get blood on my hands but I won't stop him from taking out dirt bags. I'd let it be. I don't know if I have that thing in me that says I have to stop everyone from wiping out crime wherever it is"¦I wouldn't care enough to stop someone else from doing it.
We might not have to wait too long to see Colter's Luke Cage and Bernthal's The Punisher interact on screen, as the latter is rumored to appear in next year's crossover series, Marvel's The Defenders.
