Marvel Studios has dropped a new TV spot for Avengers: Endgame and one for Captain Marvel during Super Bowl 2019, with both containing exciting new footage.
The 30-second preview for Avengers: Endgame starts off showing glimpses of the desolation brought on by Thanos' infamous snap, like a dismal New York skyline, a deserted Citi Field, and a support group for those who have lost their loved ones seemingly attended by none other than Steve Rogers himself. He says, "Some people move on, but not us."
The optimistic assertion is followed by quick shots of Tony Stark and Nebula hard at work on repairing the ship at Titan. And it's possible that they succeed in getting the ship ready for a voyage to Earth as the very next snippet finds Steve, Natasha Romanoff, Bruce Banner and James Rhodes (aka Rhodey) outside the Avengers compound in the middle of the night, with each staring at the sky.
The Avengers: Endgame commercial also includes brief glimpses of Natasha honing her shooting skills, Rocket Raccoon entering a house on the beach, Rhodey and Scott Lang suiting up, and Steve strapping on his classic Captain America shield. Check it out below!
The Captain Marvel TV spot, also half a minute in length, starts off with Maria Rambeau asking Carol Danvers, "Got to show these boys how we do it. You ready?" In response, Carol quips, "Higher, further, faster, baby."
The remaining part of the promotional video is made up of snippets of action scenes, most of which we had already seen. But there's a rare gleeful shot of Nick Fury towards the end that you wouldn't want to miss. Here's the TV spot for you!
Captain Marvel hits the theaters on this March 8, while Avengers: Endgame opens on April 26.
