The inaugural season of Gotham introduced Cameron Monaghan as Jerome - the younger version of The Joker - in a few minutes long scene. The young actor has been highly appreciated by the fans and critics for his outstanding performance in the tiny scene. Since then, everyone was anticipating when will be the next time the character appears in the Fox series.
It didn't take much of a time to get a confirmation from Gotham showrunner Bruno Heller that Monaghan will reappear in the second season where they would explore his character's transformation into The Joker.
Now, we have a number of images depicting that Monaghan's character is getting closer to his future alter-ego - the Clown Prince of Crime! Let's, first of all, check out the creepy teaser image dropped by Cameron Monaghan on his Instagram account.

Thanks to Just Jared, we have loads of images from the set of Gotham, a number of which feature Cameron Monaghan wearing a strait-jacket. These images depict that the transformation has already begun and the younger version of Joker is all set to do some bigger crime - he was spotted throwing gasoline on to a school bus loaded with kids. Barbara Kean - Not In A Strait-Jacket!
In the first season of Gotham, we've watched Erin Richards' Barbara Kean going insane, killing her parents and attempting to kill Morena Baccarin's Dr. Leslie Thompkins - so she should also be the one wearing strait-jacket and locked up in a cell. But in the set images, she is neither seen wearing it, nor locked up - she is found walking down the street freely in a casual get-up! That's interesting! However, you get to see her somewhat absent-minded in the images. Check out the images below!
