With the release of Peyton Reed's Ant-Man, the Phase Two of the biggest superhero franchise Marvel Cinematic Universe came to an end. The July 17, 2015 release wasn't one of the biggest money makers for the Marvel Studios "“ bagged a decent $400 plus million worldwide out of its $130 million budget. But we could pretty much assume that a sequel of Ant-Man is coming in near future, couldn't we? And actually, it's INDEED coming!

Marvel has officially confirmed that a sequel for the Paul Rudd starrer superhero flick! The second solo outing of Ant-Man will hit the theaters on JULY 6, 2018 as the twentieth installment of the MCU. The sequel is scheduled between Avengers: Infinity War "“ Part 1 and Captain Marvel (its release date has also been changed along with Black Panther and we'll get to that later in this post).
