The Sequel's Title – Ant-Man and The Wasp!
The title of the sequel of Ant-Man has also been announced by the studio. The second solo outing of the size-shifting Marvel superhero will be titled ANT-MAN AND THE WASP! What does that mean?
Well, that obviously means that we will get to watch a full-fledged Wasp appearance in the sequel. It isn’t going to be just Hope van Dyne show unlike the first Ant-Man movie. We could assume that Marvel won’t be neglecting the female superhero that stands at the 99th position on IGN’s list of 100 Top Comic Book Heroes of All Time.
With the inclusion of the name of Evangeline Lilly's MCU character, this movie is going to be the first among the MCU flicks to have the name of a female superhero in its title! Captain Marvel was about to become that first movie with a female superhero’s name in the title. However, Carol Danvers‘ solo flick still remains the first MCU standalone female superhero movie.
