The mid-season finale has seen the death of Oliver Queen. After that, we had a good bit of speculation on how things will be going when Arrow returns on air on 21 January, 2015. We came to know stuff like Tommy Merlyn is going to return and there's Lazarus Pits to appear. We had spoilers revealing how Oliver might return and when. Now, we have something that might be lustrous news for you if you are a Roy Harper aka Arsenal fan. The sidekick hero is set to play a bigger role in the upcoming second half of Arrow in his mentor's absence!

Admitted: Arsenal Not Much Focused Yet!

You might have noticed that Colton Haynes' Roy hasn't had that much screen-time in the first half of season 3 as he had in previous season of Arrow. Roy was suspected to be Sara Lance's possible killer as one of the sub-plots of the season, but that didn't take much time to settle. Even executive producer of Arrow Marc Guggenheim has admitted the fact in a recent interview with "˜Entertainment Weekly', stating that he doesn't think they serviced Colton's character as much as they had liked in the first half of the season.

Confirmed: More Crucial Role For Arsenal!

Guggenheim didn't stop here! He confirmed in his following statement that Colton's Arsenal will be under more lights. The executive producer stated that the character will have "˜pretty dang gangbusters' appearance in Arrow episodes 10, 11 and 12. He also mentioned about a scene of episode 11 between Colton and John Barrowman which he considers to be one of his best works on the show.
