New BTS Video Contains Possible Thor: Ragnarok Spoiler

Thor: Ragnarok may be director Taika Waititi's first big-budget film, but it’s expected to be a major MCU flick. Early predictions say that it will make north of $100 million during its US opening weekend, and trailers and set visits have indicated that Thor: Ragnarok promises to rank among this shared universe’s most exciting movies.

Speaking of set visits, quite a few spoilers have been dropped in regard to Ragnarok's main characters and plot-points. And we’re not done with the spoilers just yet. Read on if you’d like to know more!

Entertainment Tonight just revealed a new BTS Thor: Ragnarok clip that might reveal a bit too much. We know that Thor loses his hammer early in the movie. But this doesn't mean that he won't take it back by the end. In the clip, Thor is in his gladiatorial garb, reaching out for something. We – and others who’ve seen the clip – believe that he’s calling for Mjolnir.

On the other hand, Thor might be waiting in vain for the return of another weapon he’s thrown.

In the numerous additional new and old shots, we also get to see that Thor confronts Loki about his betrayal at the beginning of the film. If that’s the case, it remains to be seen how the two brothers reconnect after Hela's arrival, or whether Loki has his own plans for when Asgard is taken back.

Thor: Ragnarok will be released on November 3, 2017.
