Fans of The Flash would have remembered him for his splendid performances as The Trickster in two episodes of the 1990s CBS adaptation of the superhero. What forces recalling of all these stuff is that the man is set to reprise his role in CW's ongoing adaptation of The Flash!
How Do We Know Mark's Back As The Trickster?
There's no way you can call it a rumor as the confirmation comes right from one of the Executive Producers of the CW series, Andrew Kreisberg! In a recent interview with "˜Hitfix', Kreisberg stated with excitement that Mark's saying yes to the role brings "˜Christmas and Chanukah' early to The Flash team. He also stated the veteran actor was on their "˜wish list' when they had been developing the series.
How Is The Trickster Of CW’s Flash Going To Be?
The fact that Mark Hamill was in his early 40s during the filming of the CBS series while now he's in his 60s, is enough to make you think that there's going to be some major differences between the two Tricksters. Mark will be seen in the seventeenth episode of the CW series as "˜an anarchist terrorist con man serving a life sentence in Iron Heights' and he would help Barry and Detective West to protect the city from an aspirant Trickster who's been "˜following in the original's deadly footsteps'.

Even if you don't know the answer, such a question must have made you guess that the answer is in affirmative! Well, it indeed is! John Wesley Shipp, the man who's been playing the role of The Flash's father in the CW series, played the superhero himself in that series! Another member of the CBS series, Amanda Pays, will be seen reprising her "˜Dr. Tina McGee' role in next week's "˜The Man in the Yellow Suit' episode.
