Arrow titular role cast Stephen Amell is a WWE-freak and that's not something new. Few weeks before this year's Wrestle Mania event, Amell shared a video footage via his official social media account where he - dressed up as the DC superhero he plays - warned WWE superstar Sting to not use the term "˜vigilante' for himself.
Again, a couple of weeks ago, the Arrow star appeared at Monday Night Raw where he seemed to get into some problem with the WWE superstar Cody Rhodes, aka Stardust. Then, Stardust called out Stephen Amell to face him in the ring.
And, apparently, it seems like the Arrow star will respond to the call and fight against the wrestler soon! Hollywood Life claims that a match between the two is going to take place at an upcoming big WWE event!
The Event Is SummerSlam!

According to the report, Stephen Amell will have a match against Stardust at the WWE pay-per-view event SummerSlam! Here's what the site's sources…(Continued to Page 2)

"Steven is looking to get in the ring for the WWE and the match looks like it will take place at SummerSlam in NYC."
Those who are familiar with WWE must know that SummerSlam is one of their biggest events, and presumably, the biggest next to Wrestle Mania event.
He Might Fight As Arrow!
Amell might enter the ring as the Arrow!
The report also suggests that Stephen Amell may enter the WWE ring with the name Arrow. However, it's not confirmed yet. Here's what their sources told them:
"The WWE and Stephen are deciding if he should wrestle as himself or Arrow, in the next few weeks that will be answered but what can be answered now is that he will definitely have a match against WWE Superstar Stardust."
That seems legitimate to me as they might need to check if Warner Bros doesn't have any prove with his using the name of the DC superhero in WWE. Apparently, it seems to me that using the screen-name would be profitable for both WWE and the CW series.
However, I would suggest you to take all these with a pinch of salt - the site isn't one of the most reliable ones in the business. But, don’t you want to watch Arrow vs. Stardust match at WWE SummerSlam?
