This Friday, Jessica Jones will debut its first season – and, after the success of Daredevil, it is no wonder that everybody is excited. This is, after all, a Marvel production, which has already received rave reviews from the critics lucky enough to see the first episode.
To mark this occasion, Daredevil's Twitter account posted a very special clip, apparently promoting the second season of the series, which will hit sometime in April 2016. And this clip, though a very short one, teases another character for the series.
And this character is none other than Luke Cage, which will be introduced in Jessica Jones and whose own solo series is currently being shot. Check out the clip below!
Looks like there is a new watering hole in Hell's Kitchen. https://t.co/LtQWSe0ZtJ

What can we make of this?
Well, first, we may believe that this does tease the second season of Daredevil – with Luke Cage being introduced. And this makes us believe that the latter character will be the anchor for the entire Defenders team (for the moment, we may just say that Iron Fist is not going to be made). So we can expect for him to pop all over the place.
Another possibility, which is also a very-very strong one, is for Daredevil to pop in Jessica Jones – and we say that it is very likely because the short synopsis for the last Jessica Jones episode says that a fellow hero from Hell's Kitchen will lend a hand in the final confrontation with the Purple Man.
Lastly, this may be a tease for Luke Cage's solo series – if indeed Daredevil will appear in Jessica Jones and he will also appear in Luke Cage, then he will be the one to unite all the solo franchises into a single one. Which is more than fine by us.
Nonetheless, there is another possibility also – that all of these are true. Thus, we can say that the small TV Netflix universe is much more interconnected than we previously believed. Which suits us even better!
What do you think, though, about this latest Daredevil clip? What is it meant to tell us?
