Iron Fist: NYCC Teaser Trailer

If Daredevil was, until now, the Marvel/Netflix show with the most amazing and realistic fight scenes, Iron Fist may overtake it. The show has debuted its first full teaser trailer at the New York Comic Con. And it delivers, as it should.

Of course, the origin of the character may be changed for the show, to fit into the more realistic (sort of) world of the MCU. But this does not mean that Danny Rand will be drastically changed. The teaser already shows what he can do with his fist - and the way he channels his chi energy into his fist looks great! It sort of reminds us of Daredevil and how he sees the world - in the sense that we won't see how Iron Fist's special ability works too much on the small screen.

Check out the first teaser trailer below!

Looks beautifully shot and cut, right? And we guess you’ve also spotted the trademark of (almost) all Netflix and Marvel collaborations - fights in corridors. However, and most importantly, we may have caught our first glimpse of the show’s antagonist.

Is that Madame Gao? Of course it is! As suspected, the Netflix shows will dig deeper and deeper into the mythos surrounding this character. Will we see her fight? Most likely, since we already know she has the skills to match even Daredevil.

Of course, given the confrontation between Gao and Matt Murdock, can we assume that she can also channel chi energy in her hands? It’s possible. However, this needs to be confirmed.

Anyway, the teaser trailer looks amazing. Besides Gao, we will also see the return of Misty Knight. And since she was the one character who appeared in all Marvel and Netflix shows until now, we do believe that Claire Temple will also be featured (although nobody has said anything about this until now).
