During this year's San Diego Comic-Con International, it was confirmed that the Robbie Reyes version of Ghost Rider is coming to the fourth season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., with Matador star Gabriel Luna playing the part. Now, thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we finally have our first look at Luna as the supernatural anti-hero. The 33-year-old actor is wearing the signature Robbie Reyes jacket in the photo.
The outlet has also managed to talk with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. executive producer Jed Whedon, who claims that they are going to put their "own spin on the character".
However, he also insists that they are staying true to the comics in the places where they "feel like it's really important". Jed reveals that they love the "family dynamic" of Ghost Rider Robbie Reyes and "the East L.A. kid in him".
With Ghost Rider's arrival int Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 4, and with the upcoming Doctor Strange movie, the Marvel Cinematic Universe is branching out into the strange and unexplained. Here's what the EP has to say about it:

It appears that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will be dealing with Ghost Rider right away, with the Season 4 premiere episode. According to Spoiler TV, the title of the very first episode is "The Ghost".
While the website has proven reliable numerous times in the past, it is to be noted that ABC has yet to confirm the episode title.
