Unlike Spider-Man, Batman Would Never Cry!

Not only would Batman beat any superhero, including the Hulk, there’s other ways in which he is different from other superheroes – seems to be what Michael Keaton believes! During an appearance on the latest episode of Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the actor explained the difference between Batman and Spider-Man in a WEIRD way – that’s what I would say despite being a Batman fan!

Keaton narrated a visit of his to a store to get his Apple iPhone repaired. On a television screen in the store was playing one of The Amazing Spider-Man movies. Even though the sales clerk seemed to be more interested in watching the movie rather than helping the actor, he/she didn’t seem to be recognizing the former Batman. That helped Keaton to watch the movie leaving behind worries of entering into a conversation about his portrayal of Batman.

There came an emotional scene where Andrew Garfield’s Peter Parker started crying in front of Emma Stone’s Gwen Stacy. The actor asked the sales clerk if the person crying on the scene is Spider-Man. After hearing a response in affirmative, Keaton uttered ‘P****’ and added (via ComicBook):

“Batman would never cry.”

So, that’s how Batman and Spider-Man differ, according to Michael Keaton!
