Arrow/Flash Spinoff Goes Straight To Series!

Arrow/Flash spinoff

Few months ago, we first came to know that Warner Bros is planning for an Arrow/Flash spinoff series as an effort to expand their DC Universe on the CW. We've also heard the names of some characters from both Arrow and The Flash who will appear in the spinoff series. One of them is The Flash guest star Victor Garber who plays Professor Martin Stein - one half of the superhero Firestorm.

In a recent interview with Broadway World, the veteran actor shares some exciting tidbits on the upcoming spinoff series. According to Victor Garber, the spinoff isn’t on the verge of a pilot battle! Unlike most other new orders, the Arrow/Flash spinoff gets a series straight away! Garber states:

"We haven’t filmed any of it yet. But it is going straight to series.

Recently, Variety came up with a rumor – the first look trailer of Arrow/Flash spinoff will be aired on the CW at their May 14 upfront presentation. Victor Garber seems to confirm this rumor. The veteran actor told in the interview:

"They are going to unveil more details about it soon - I believe they are going to do something for it in May at the upfronts.

Robbie Amell Stars In Arrow/Flash Spinoff?

Robbie Amell's Firestorm will miss out?
Will Robbie Amell’s Firestorm appear?

The list of characters that will appear in the spinoff doesn't include Robbie Amell’s Ronnie Raymond - the other half of Firestorm. That seemed pretty confusing as Garber's character needs Robbie's character to bring life to Firestorm. Garber admits the fact in the interview. According to the actor:

"I am now a half superhero! The character I play is half of Firestorm, so conjoined - together - they are Firestorm.

Is that an indication to Robbie's appearance in Arrow/Flash spinoff? Do share your thoughts via comments!
