The superheroes that we see nowadays in the movies are just a small fraction of what the comic books have to offer. With a history spanning over 80 years, we have seen it all, from characters with the basic superpowers (such as super strength and flight) to characters whose powers are so exotic that we cannot simply pretend to understand what they do.
Can we explain, in simple words, what warping reality really means? Can we explain in simple words what the process of tapping into the life force of all the beings who haven't been born yet is? No, we cannot "“ at least, not with a couple of panels explaining the context of these tremendous powers.
These being said, who are those Marvel superheroes who are the most powerful? Which one of them has such a vast array of superpowers that he cannot be defeated by his fellow opponents? This is what we will try to find out in this list.
In here, you will find only those characters who are superheroes. So there is no place for anti-heroes (such as Ghost Rider), abstract entities (such as the Dark Phoenix Force or One Above All), or characters who are neither of these (such as the Destroyer, which is basically just an enchanted object).
Marvel's Hercules

Everybody knows Hercules "“ the ancient Greek demigod with the famous 12 labors. As usual, Marvel has translated this character into the comic books and made him one of its most powerful superheroes. As far as his sheer strength is concerned, he is concerned a top tier among all characters in the Marvel comic book universe.
But having super-strength, even if at the highest levels, means nothing when compared to the powers mentioned in the introduction of this post. So what else does he have? Well, besides the basic super speed (though it isn't that super when compared to other characters), his immunity to all diseases and his high durability, he also has a magic mace "“ which can prove deadly, considering that Hercules is proficient in all sorts of combat styles. Thus, the mace is made from adamantine and can be considered the equal (or thereabout) of Thor's Mjolnir.
As a testament to his strength, we can mention that he had the upper hand against the Hulk during the World War Hulk "“ he lost the battle only because he stopped fighting, wanting to prove that he isn't going to hurt the Jade Giant.
More, you say? His stamina is basically limitless and he has lifted the incalculable weight of the Heavens.
