The bombs

So the Suicide Squad has to face supernatural threats. I don’t know why Enchantress wasn’t able to get her heart back, just like I don’t know how Amanda Waller failed to realize that Enchantress had a brother. But I did expect the threat to be neutralized in another way.

Thus, even if Diablo’s final form seems pretty powerful and actually gets close to defeating Incubus, the supernatural villain is defeated by a bomb exploding under him. Which is crazy! Literally! I don’t know what force had Diablo, but I can bet that the power of an Aztec god is greater than the force of a simple bomb.

The same goes for Enchantress. And even if she were stabbed in the heart, I cannot explain how a simple bomb would be able to neutralize her. She can teleport, she’s telekinetic, she can possess others, and so on and so forth. It’s just like that dumb scene in which Quicksilver is killed by bullets.

And I can bet that David Ayer himself cannot explain this!
