The action

Yes, the action and the special effects are much better than we previously thought, with a better look at the Negative Zone, as well as the team itself. The Thing looks pretty awesome "“ when he is in action, of course, Johnny Storm flaming on (without saying the line, of course), looks even better, and so on.

There is a sense of realism even when these superpowers are concerned, and the shot of Reed stretching on the table is a particularly suggestive one. And the way the Thing gazes in one of the shots makes us believe that indeed there will be a struggle to adapt to this new condition (and this is very, very fine by us).

Oh, and are those blue outfits just like in the Fantastic Four comics? It sure appears so"¦

Lastly, we can say that this full trailer of the Fantastic Four does get our hopes higher than before. However, the lack of any hints as to why they will eventually become the team does make us a bit concerned.

All things considered, this looks like a pretty good sci-fi film, doesn't it? But we did expect something more from a Fantastic Four one"¦
