The missing heroes of Captain America: Civil War

They are Ant-Man (who clearly hates Stark) and Scarlet Witch (who also hates Tony Stark). We guess we can count them out of this discussion. If they will end up on Steve Roger’s team during Captain America: Civil War there will be no surprise and there is no reason to believe that they will be double agents.
