Agent 13

This is where things get interesting – Agent 13 is a new addition to the roster, if we can call this an addition. She had a very minor role, if we may say so, in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, when she gained Steve Roger’s trust. She now appears to be on Cap’s side.

But is she really? We do know that HYDRA has quite the convoluted plans for taking over the world, so she might as well be an inactivated double agent. She has, after all, killed Captain America in the comic books.

And this will be a blow in MCU’s Captain America: Civil War, since it is rumored that Steve Rogers will have a romantic relationship with her. It makes a whole lot of sense for her to be the double agent, since Marvel and Disney haven’t been keen on changing any of the major characters thus far, making them as solid and as reliable as possible.
