Superman may seem invincible – but he really isn’t. There have been quite a few characters who have managed to bring him physical harm, without using Kryptonite. Given his human physic, he still has weak points which can be used to his disadvantage.

As Man of Steel presented, Clark managed to take control over his senses at an early age. However, he isn’t perfect at doing that. Batman v Superman is, clearly, going to take lots of cues from The Dark Knight Returns. In this storyline, using sonic weaponry, Batman managed to make Superman bleed.

So it is in the realm of possibility to have Ben Affleck’s Caped Crusader possess this same kind of technology. In this case, he won’t need to be too close to Superman – just aim and shoot. This should bring the False God to his knees, even if for a small period of time – enough for Batman to come closer and deliver a devastating blow.
