X-Men

We know "“ there is almost no reason for Fox to accept a deal with Marvel, since the X-Men movies are actually doing pretty well, with both the critics and the fans. However, bringing the X-Men into the MCU would mean a winning deal for both the studios: Fox will make even more money, while Marvel may just have an alternative for the Avengers, once the moviegoers will get tired of the team.

As said, the X-Men arrival could be set by the same Infinity War.

The deal between Marvel and Sony is the precedent which makes the X-Men arrival into the MCU. And speaking of the X-Men "“ the Fantastic Four may as well be there too!
