Batman’s mech suit

When brainstorming for Man of Steel, Zack Snyder pitched an idea to Christopher Nolan, concerning an end credits scene. During it, a crate full of kryptonite was being delivered to the Wayne Manor. Obviously, it didn’t stick. However, kryptonite will play an important part in the clash of the superheroes from Batman v Superman.

According to the same source, the mech suit will be reinforced in order to withstand the blows coming from the Man of Steel, while also augmenting Batman’s strength. Furthermore, it will be lined with kryptonite – how else could Batman stand a chance against Superman?

And this is the most obvious deviation from the comics, since on the Dark Knight Returns it was Green Arrow that delivered the kryptonite on an arrow, weakening the Man of Steel.
