6. Doctor Hurt

This is one character that did not make its transition from the comic books to the movies. However, you may just be able to call Doctor Hurt as devil reincarnated. Not only has it been able to successfully take out Batman a couple of times, but then his greatest mystery lies in the fact that he has been able to remain truly anonymous without any traces of his personality.

Not only is this a lot to say about Batman villains, but it is definitely something intriguing, that Batman with all his gadgets have not been able to pick up on the traces of this mastermind villain.

With Doctor Hurt at the center piece of destruction of Gotham, the city has been brought back from the brink of destruction by Batman a lot of times. So you do realize that this character is not deadly, but simply lethal in all aspects.
