2. Ra’s Al Ghul

Known as the former mentor of Bruce Wayne, a.k.a. Batman, this is a person that is not only dangerous on so many levels, but has been able to constantly ridiculed back when into submission.

However, living as an international assassin, this person is not only noted educator and a mentor to most of the villains and small-time criminals in Gotham, but he has been able to make sure that his hatred for Batman comes out in the most innovative ways. Always looking to destroy Gotham and its residents, thinking them to be the root of all evil, Ra’s Al Ghul is definitely one of those terrorist minded villains that you can find in the Batman comic series.

This is one person that Batman fears coming across, but has always been able to go one up against this villain. Ra’s Al Ghul is a shrewd character, but then he has to be to keep up with the Batman.
