X-Men: Apocalypse will be released on the 27th of May 2016 "“ so it is about the right time for us to finally receive our first trailer.
Sure enough, those who have went to the San Diego Comic Con this year have already seen one small clip from the movie. But, as the studio execs put it, it wasn't finished by a long shot. Namely, the FX weren't completed "“ so yes, those who have seen it leaked only may have been disappointed a bit by the video (which was, most likely, in a very poor resolution).
And, as you saw, it was a completely different version of Apocalypse than the one seen until now (you know, the one mocked by everybody).
And it makes sense to have such drastic changes "“ when the X-Men: Apocalypse trailer debuted at Comic Con, Bryan Singer only shot for a couple of weeks. So, besides not having the FX, he didn't actually have anything to show.
