The second trailer for X-Men: Apocalypse has just debuted, together with the Empire Magazine covers for all of the movie’s main mutants. And, as expected, the trailer raises our hopes even higher - even if X-Men: Apocalypse has been under the radar until now, we can expect more and more as the release date gets closer.
The second trailer for X-Men: Apocalypse is miles away from the first one - and you can spot the difference just listening to it. Oscar Isaac's voice is completely different now, while the action scenes seem more polished.
We get the chance to see Quicksilver in action; how Apocalypse looked before he became a blue menace; Cyclops battling Storm; Psylocke fighting Beast; and Apocalypse bashing Professor X as if he were a rag doll (we do hope this doesn't happen in some astral plane). And, apparently, Mystique is once again pushed forward.
As far as Jennifer Lawrence is concerned, we haven't heard anything about her signing for future movies (unlike Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy). So who knows? Maybe she will bite the dust until the movie ends (after all, we know for certain that her fight against Apocalypse is happening in the real world).

As with Days of Future Past, Empire Magazine has released covers for all of the main characters of X-Men: Apocalypse. And they do look stunning, even if some of the poses may seem a bit"¦peculiar. But what is even more awesome is that all of the covers interlock, thus showing the world how big Apocalypse is.
