Andy Serkis will reprise his role as Caesar, and Judy Greer returns as well as his lover. War for the Planet of the Apes will also feature newcomers Woody Harrelson and Steve Zahn. Harrelson (The Hunger Games) will supposedly play the role of a villainous character while Zahn will portray a new war ape. So far there are two human leaders (Harrelson and the other will be portrayed by less known Gabriel Chavarria) and a new ape.
War for the Planet of the Apes is scheduled to premiere in theatres on July 14, 2017.
