There have been plenty of rumors concerning the plot of Star Wars 8, but this one has every chance of being true, since it ties in almost perfectly with what we already know about this ever expanding universe. So, if you want to, check it out. But first, you need to know that there are some very big spoilers ahead!
CBM reports that a scene from Star Wars 8, featuring Luke and Rey, has been leaked online. In this scene, we find out why Luke decided to exile himself (you can hardly call it exile, since he had all sorts of reasons to go to that island), who Rey's parents are, a history of the Force, and so on.

Even though we don’t know exactly when this scene takes place in the movie, Luke reveals to Rey that the Jedi Council met its fate because it became too arrogant. Then he takes her hand and shows her the beginning of it all. They are both transported to an ancient time, where they see two children (a boy and a girl) approaching an even more ancient tree. The boy notices that the tree makes him stronger and gives him more insight into everything that exists, while the girl notices that the tree also makes him angrier.
The Star Wars 8 flashback then takes Luke and Rey a bit later, when the angry boy kills the girl over an argument. After touching the ancient tree, he transforms (although what he becomes isn't specified) and then goes and kills his parents as well. He then flees the planet.

It is later revealed that the girl wasn't dead; she was transformed by the tree, as well. Thus, she becomes the first Jedi, and uses her power in order to form the Jedi Order. She tells her followers that the Force can be used for both good and evil, and that she will return one day, reincarnated into a small child. Following this prophecy and searching for this child, the future Jedi Council (the arrogant one) is deceived by appearances and destroyed.
The Star Wars 8 leaked scene also reveals who Rey's parents are - and that Luke isn't her father (although her mother’s identity isn't specifically mentioned). Luke points out to her father that she is strong with the Force and that she needs to start her training.
Back in the present, Luke offers Rey a second chance to train with him. According to CBM, she has until sunset to come back with an answer. This rumor can be corroborated by a previous one, which says that the Knight of Ren will attack these two at night.
