The Logan tagline has always been one last time - but does that really mean that it will be the last time for Hugh Jackman to don the claws? Maybe, maybe not - after all, the actor may have said that this would be the last time he'll make a solo Wolverine flick, but it may not be the last time he'll appear in the X-Men Shared Universe.
The first rumors about this appeared as soon as the pic featuring Jackman, Brosnan, and Reynolds was released, hinting that the trio would appear in a movie together (namely, Deadpool 2). But it can be said that the fans wanted more of Hugh Jackman's Wolverine since the first Deadpool proved to be a hit.
Now, we have even more reason to believe that Logan won't be Hugh Jackman’s last outing as this mutant. The actor posted a very interesting pic of the original Wolverine on his Twitter account. Check it out below!

We’re almost certain that Hugh Jackman won't don the classic Wolverine suit in Logan, especially since director James Mangold said that the movie will be grounded and there won't be any place for extravagant costumes or characters (also why Mister Sinister won't appear in the movie). And, of course, this could be a tease concerning Laura’s comic book - although we really doubt this.
So what does it mean? Well, it could mean that Hugh Jackman will join Brosnan and Reynolds in the Deadpool sequel. Or it could mean that he will appear in the X-Force movie. Or…who knows?
It almost certainly appears that Logan won't be his swan song in this role.
Logan will be released on the 3rd of March.
