It's been about 7 years since we saw Hellboy: The Golden Army and we want more! We want for the trilogy to reach its much deserved finale! The movies were perfect by all standards that concerns a fan of comic book movies!
Sure enough, both previous installments didn't make a dent when it comes to box office success. But that wasn't the fault of the movies themselves. How can you schedule a Hellboy movie between the releases of Hancock and The Dark Knight?
A never-ending saga
It was pretty obvious that the studios won't be too keen on seeing another Hellboy movie, after both the movies barely made their budget back. However, nobody can forget how cool the universe described by Guillermo del Toro was.
So maybe the studios can grant us this wish - do it with a lower budget (Deadpool seems to be doing just fine). Make it less kid-friendly (of it can be said so about the Hellboy franchise). Just do it!

Guillermo del Toro said that there are no chances of ending the trilogy - and not because he has such a busy schedule. But Ron Perlman started this crusade again, after more than one year of silence.
Hellboy - we want to see it end!
Ron Perlman started it all on his Twitter account.
Anybody out there wanna see #HellboyIII as much as I do? Let’s get this muthafucka trending, y’all! Let’s end the trilogy; we earned it!

Then continued on Facebook.
Hey, didja hear about the new dinosaur they dug up and named Hellboy? That’s kinda gonna be how old I am when we make this f*cker!

And then other stars rallied - from actors that have been involved in the Hellboy series (Jeffrey Tambor who portrayed Manning and Doug Jones who was Abe Sapien), to even Adam Savage of the Mythbusters.
So what does it take to have Hellboy fulfilling his destiny? What does it take to have the powers that be decide that Hellboy needs another chance?
We don't know. But maybe, if enough fans are gathered"¦
It has happened before (with Deadpool), so it can happen again!
