We are counting down the days until Jessica Jones makes its debut on Netflix, November 20. We were already introduced to some of the characters and one of them is Jeryn Hogarth. Hogarth will be portrayed by Carrie-Anne Moss.
You might know Carrie-Anne Moss from The Matrix as Trinity, or from the neo-noir psychological thriller Memento. In Jessica Jones she will play the role of Jeryn Hogarth, an attorney for the Heroes For Hire. Those familiar with the character from the comics know it as a man, and it will be interesting to see this gender-flip in the series.
Lately we got to see quite a lot of images from Jessica Jones, but here's another one posted by Marvel's Latino Twitter page with Carrie Anne Moss as Jeryn Hogarth.

The show will consist of thirteen episodes and the plot follows Jessica Jones, a private detective who had a brief career as a superhero. She has superpowers and she is after the man who has tormented her in the past.
Have you read the official synopsis for Jessica Jones?
Here's the oficial synopsys:
"Ever since her short-lived stint as a superhero ended in tragedy, Jessica Jones has been rebuilding her personal life and career as a hot-tempered, sardonic, badass private detective in Hell’s Kitchen, New York City.
Plagued by self-loathing and a wicked case of PTSD, Jessica battles demons from within and without, using her extraordinary abilities as an unlikely champion for those in need. Especially if they’re willing to cut her a check."
Judging after the trailer, Jessica Jones will be successful among the comic book fans and not only. As for Carrie-Anne Moss's role, we look forward to see how the relationship between her and the main character played by Krysten Ritter will go.
