It was announced yesterday that the very first official trailer of X-Men: Apocalypse will arrive on December 11. 20th Century Fox had released a motion poster teasing the arrival of the trailer. Do you remember today's date? It's December 11 and they have released the trailer officially!
A set of stills captured from the X-Men: Apocalypse trailer leaked on web few hours back. Then, there came a low quality Spanish version of the trailer. But an official HD thing is what we were waiting for. And it has finally arrived!
The X-Men: Apocalypse trailer is two and a half odd minutes in length. It starts with Sophie Turner's younger version of Jean Grey waking up after dreaming the end of the world. James McAvoy's Charles Xavier tries to comfort her by saying that it was JUST A DREAM.
Then starts the background track which seemed cool to me by the way! At one point, we get to watch Oscar Isaac's Apocalypse from behind walking into a place with Alexandra Shipp's Storm in there. We get to listen in the supervillain's voice:
"You are all my children. And you lost because you all followed blind leaders. But I am here now."
And gradually, one after another, we get to watch the four horsemen of the titular supervillain as well as the X-Men. And those who were complaining that Apocalypse appears too small might feel relieved because there's one scene where the En Sabah Nur transforms to a real BIG state!
Well, I'm not going to describe the full trailer here because I'm damn sure you won't miss it. So"¦!
