Gwen Stacy
Gwen Stacy has actually appeared in both of the Spider-Man franchises so far. So I am not too interested in seeing her so soon. However, when Angourie Rice (The Nice Guys) was cast, the rumor began to spread.
Gwen’s relationship with Peter Parker/Spider-Man is one of the most interesting in the comics. And, for most of the time, it was also the best thing about the Amazing Spider-Man franchise. And I actually believe that Emma Stone was perfectly cast.
Does it matter what I believe? Nope. But I’d rather see any other female character on this list rather than seeing Gwen Stacy as a love interest so soon.
Even more, her death scene from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 was the best in the entire flick. I know that Marvel had no doing in that. But I do hope they aren’t so keen on resurrecting the character so soon.
