Spider-Man's debut after rejoining the MCU will be in Captain America: Civil War. It's solid and everybody knows that by now.
But we might not have to wait until 2016 in order to hear about Spider-Man. Note that "hear" is the keyword here.
Latino Review started this rumor. And it spread like wildfire: if it sticks, Spider-Man is closer to us than we believed until now.

Spider-Man in Ant-Man?
Indeed, in so many words, a Spider-Man Easter-Egg will be - might be, to be more accurate - included Peyton Reed's venture scheduled for this year.
And as Latino Review puts it, it goes like this:
"We’ve heard an unconfirmed rumor there is “lots of” talk of/references to Spider-Man and OsCorp in the current version of Ant-Man".
Is there anything to at least vaguely support the rumor? The source gets into detail:
"Corey Stoll’s villainous businessman Darren Cross is attempting to sell the Ant-Man/Yellowjacket weapons technology to other corporations and organizations".
Plus, "The Ten Rings from Iron Man and Roxxon, a Marvel Comics corporation that has been name-dropped in all 3 Iron Man movies, Agents of SHIELD, Agent Carter, Daredevil and a Marvel One Shot".
Which leads exactly to making the theory plausible: "This scene would be an excellent opportunity to introduce OsCorp into MCU".
But how?
A downright cameo is out of the question. Not even in post-credit scenes will the wall crawler show up, maintains Latino Review.
But Spider-Man will be referenced, probably the way Jane Foster is mentioned in the two Avengers movie, less the screen images, I might add.
Which is, eventually, a good thing - to give the audience a sense of consistency and the feeling that the character does pertain to the cinematic universe.
So, there you have it: Spider-Man might be vaguely slotted in Ant-Man! What do you think, guys? Will the rumor stick? Have your say below via comments! And don't forget: stay tuned, we'll bring you the hottest scoop on all things Marvel!
