Deadpool is one year away from release - well, one year minus one day - and it's bound to open a season of excitement for comic book movies aficionados. In particular for Marvel fans. With Captain America: Civil War programmed for early May (May 6th), one X-Men movie set for late-May (Apocalypse, May 27th) and Gambit (to come to theaters October 7th), Marvel will likely top the bill in 2016.
Back to Deadpool. Directed by Tim Miller and helmed by a handful of time-honored producers (including Kevin Feige, Simon Kinberg and Stan Lee as EP), Deadpool has a yet to be disclosed plot. As to the cast, the only confirmed actor is Ryan Reynolds.
With no plot released, with no characters announced - well, except Deadpool himself - and cast mostly unknown, Deadpool remains so far a production well kept under wraps. However, here's what the leading man showed to the public just the other day.

Ryan Reynolds seems the perfect choice for Marvel's Merc with a Mouth. Deadpool is known for his habit of breaking the fourth wall and for an unusually talkative nature. And Ryan Reynolds seems to be just as telling!

While the sepia tone hides the true colors of the guise, expect the classic reds and blacks. No, no ballerina pink, as Reynolds so wittily tries to "mislead" us. Well, in truth, the tweet doesn't reveal so much of the costume: just the balaclava and the gloves. But, hey, it's reassuring, eventually. It means they're not just sitting around. Clearly, the production is shaping up.
