Hugh Jackman playing the adamantium skeleton mutant for the last time in the upcoming and yet to be titled Wolverine movie is currently one of the hottest debates in the comic book movie world.
Whether that means he'll also part company with the X-Men universe or that Jackman will grace the future films with brief cameos, that's not clear yet.
In the meanwhile, we've learned why he decided to call it quits. It seems that it's mostly a personal choice. "It just felt like it was the right time to do it", said the Australian actor immediately after the announcement.
Then we learned Hugh Jackman's choice was backed up by friend Jerry Seinfeld, who advised him to "finish on a high note".
