Doctor Strange Takes His Astral Form in First Official Clip!

The first official clip from Marvel’s Doctor Strange has been released, and it features Stephen Strange’s astral form being forced out of his physical body by The Ancient One. He handles this about as well as could be expected, demanding to know what just happened and whether he’s been drugged.

Tilda Swinton, who plays The Ancient One, shared the clip on Jimmy Kimmel last night. It’s only about 30 seconds long, but it does give us a good look into the early relationship between Strange and The Ancient One. It also features some of the trippy visual effects we’ve been promised.

You can watch the clip below:

Hopefully this is the first of several clips we’ll get to see before the film’s release. Only two weeks left to wait!

Doctor Strange hits theaters November 4, and stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Tilda Swinton, Rachel McAdams, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Mads Mikkelsen, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Benedict Wong.
